You are now logged in to your session.
Captioning into Ai-Stream
When you are ready to commence your session, press Live Caption. This will now make you live and the red box will no longer be highlighted.
When you commence writing, press Start under Timekeeper. When you finish, press End as this records the time for the Accounts Department. If someone is following you, you do not need to press End when you finish. You can just log out of the session.
When you reach five minutes to go of the allocated booking time, underneath the ‘You are live’ will be a timer that appears and will begin to count down. The time will change to red and will begin to flash. You will then need to press the Extend button which is next to the End button. That will then extend the allocated booking time.
If you are following another Captioner, you will need to press Request Captioner, and they will hand over when they are ready. If someone is following you, they will follow the same process. Once you have been taken over, it will show you are no longer live and can exit the session by pressing the cross in the top right-hand corner.
There is no limit on the amount of people that can join an Ai-Stream session or log into a call at the same time. It will not boot anyone out if it reaches a certain number.
