Claiming work on the Community Portal

Once you’ve logged in to the Community Portal, you can use the sidebar to navigate to the Recorded tab, or click View Available Recorded Tasks, to find work.

The Recorded – Available Tasks page contains all the tasks which you can work on right now. You can filter by the task type (e.g. Captioning, Transcription) or choose from all available tasks.

The Recorded – Available Tasks page also shows you the time allocated for that task, the duration of the media, task language, pay rate per minute and the total pay amount. You can click on the eye symbol to preview the media before you accept the task. Once you click Start, the task is assigned to you, and your allocated time will begin counting down.
