Community Portal comments

When you report a problem, a comment thread is created on your task. This is only visible to you and members of Online Support, not to other agents on the Community Platform. We’ll use this comment thread to communicate with you about your issue and help you resolve it. You can reply to a thread you’ve created at any time.

When the issue is resolved, we’ll reply with a comment detailing what we’ve done.
