Set Up Your Account
The first thing you need to do is sign up using your name and email address. You’ll then be taken directly into the portal where you’ll be able to start ordering from us.
Live or Recorded?
At first, you’ll be asked what type of content you’re looking to make accessible – either live or recorded content. Go ahead and pick one. Don’t worry, you can order both at any time.
Then you’ll see a screen that looks similar to this.
The top menu shows a basket icon (yours should be empty), followed by a tab for Live and Recorded. In the image, the Recorded tab is selected. It is from here that you can order captions, transcripts, audio description and other services for a video or audio file.
If you’re looking to book live captioning services for an upcoming event, you’ll need to first click the Live tab and then click the “Book Now” button.
