How can I connect my Kaltura account?

If your organisation uses Kaltura, we are pleased to be able to offer full captioning integration with our portal.

To add your Kaltura account:

  1. Log into the customer portal and go to ‘Account Settings’.
  2. Under ‘Linked Accounts’, click ‘Add New’.
  3. Enter your details into the given fields.  You do not need anything for Kaltura Service URL.

You can find your Account Name and Partner ID in your Kaltura account in the ‘Settings’ tab under ‘Account Settings’:

  • Your user name and password should be the ones you use to log into Kaltura.

Once the accounts are linked, all captions ordered through the portal can be automatically uploaded to Kaltura upon delivery.
