How do I add tags to my files in the Customer Portal?

When you add files to your caption order, you can add tags to each file.  Adding tags can help you keep track of your orders and make searching easier.

You might like to tag your file with a university unit code or a project reference, for example.

  • To add a tag, type over the ‘Add Tag’ text. This tag will then be searchable in the search bar. Tags can also be applied in bulk using the box directly above the tag column.
  • To add tags in bulk, type over the ‘Tag All ‘ text. This tag will be automatically added to all the files you have added.
