How to attach SRT to video in VLC

1. Open your video in VLC
2. On the task bar click Subtitle> Select Add Subtitle File

3. Navigate to the caption file (SRT) saved on your computer and click open.

4. Captions are now attached to VLC video and active. Make sure “subtitles” are enabled by clicking Subtitle > Sub Track > Select available track:

TIP: Keep your video file and SRT in the same folder for easy access.
