How to troubleshoot with us

There’s nothing worse then when stuff stops working like it should, especially when you need to make a urgent booking or deliver a file.

It’s best to come prepared when you contact us at Online Support so that the issue is resolved quickly.

 

Here’s what you can do:

Send us a screen shot

  • If we can see the error we can diagnose the issue or try and replicate it.

Know your details

  • Know your login details: Username, email & password, secret questions – keep a record of them in a safe place.

Describe it

Remember it happen to you, we don’t know what happened when or how it happened so describe it in details. Start by answering the questions:

  • What were you trying to do?
  • What stopped you doing it?
  • What happened before and after?

Report it

If you’re encountering an issue then others probably are too. So make sure you report any glitches or errors.
