I can’t submit a job on the portal

Occasionally some captioners have encountered an error which freezes the captioner portal and means they can’t submit, edit or unclaim a job. This is a rare, internal error and should be addressed to our team as quickly as possible.

Make sure you note down the job key – it should look like AIW-12345 – and email Online Support with the subject title ‘Error – Can’t Unclaim Job’ and we will fix the issue as quickly as we can.

Please know that any work you have already completed has been saved and you should be paid for the job as usual.
