Managing Ai-Live Bookings

Booking New Sessions

In your Ai-Live portal, click on the Book Now button.

Select whether you wish to book Ai-Live for Education, Work or Events.

Fill out the booking form as appropriate. Key information to have on hand is the session date, time and duration, and how audio will be provided.

Viewing Bookings

In your Ai-Live portal, click on the See all sessions button,
below the list of bookings.

In this view, you can see all of your past and upcoming bookings.

These bookings can be filtered by clicking the Active, Future, Completed and Cancelled buttons at the bottom of the window.

You can also view your sessions in a calendar view, which will by default display your sessions in a weekly view.

You can also change the display to be a daily or monthly view using the buttons at the top of the window.

Modifying Bookings

In your Ai-Live portal, click on the Bookings dropdown,
and then the Modify booking button.

Here, you’ll be able to request changes to your booking,
such as altering the duration or audio source for the session.

Cancelling Bookings

In your Ai-Live portal, click on the Bookings dropdown,
and then the Cancel booking button.

Here, you’ll be able to request a cancellation of your booking.

Session Reference Numbers

The booking request receipt (provided as the booking request number) is automatically emailed to you when you submit a booking request, as pictured below.

The session ID is emailed to you when the booking is confirmed.

Please provide at least one of these in the appropriate fields.
