If the captions aren’t scrolling please try the following:
- Change internet browser; Internet Explorer often has this issue
- Try refreshing the page
- Check they are still connected to the internet
- Try scrolling to the very bottom of the page – the captions should start scrolling automatically
- Ensure the browser is on 100% zoom, not more or less, as this will prevent the captions from scrolling
- Ensure the browser window is maximized
