Hi. This video will show you how to launch Scripta from your Community Portal task.
Claim a task from the Recorded dashboard by clicking ‘Start’. This the task details page. If you have already claimed a task, go to your dashboard and open the task detail page by clicking View.
The ‘Launch Scripta’ button will appear at the top of the task details page along with any other tools you may have access to. Click ‘Launch Scripta’ to open the Scripta editor. Make sure you have pop-ups enabled. You won’t be able to open the editor otherwise.
Scripta will open in a new tab. You can see that there’s already transcription appearing on the right-hand side. This is the automatically generated transcript available for the task, also known as ASR. You’ll need to review and edit this transcript in accordance with Ai-Media standards before you submit. I won’t be editing today as this video is just a tutorial.
You can click Reset to revert the transcript to the original automatically generated transcript. I’ll click Reset, and when prompted, I will click OK and my edits will be removed. This is now the original automatically generated transcript.
If you need to take a break, simply save and exit the editor by closing the tab. When you’re ready to resume working, click ‘Launch Scripta’ on the task details page to pick up where you left off.
Once you’re happy with your work, remember to click Save. And then click ‘Complete’ to submit your work. Edits can no longer be made to the transcript. Refresh the task details page and the status will be completed. Thank you for watching.
