When I preview a job, I am getting a message that the file is corrupt

Some videos might not play correctly in some browsers, such as Firefox and Internet Explorer. You may receive a message saying, “Video can’t be played because the file is corrupt.”

Google Chrome is the recommended browser while using the captioner portal. First, switch to Google Chrome and try previewing the jobs.

If the job is still not playing correctly or appears corrupt, contact onlinesupport@ai-media.tv.
