You can help us improve our accuracy by providing advance notice of the type of content in your live stream. We call this ‘prep material’. For example, runsheet, agenda, speaker names, jargon/acronyms or terms that might pop up.
We pass this to our captioners so they can train theses terms and names into their speech-to-text software to ensure better accuracy.
